We pride ourselves on providing you with the highest quality ingredients and a consistently delicious experience. However, there is currently a temporary change in some of our salads due to unforeseen supply chain issues.
We are experiencing difficulties sourcing kale, arugula, and spinach from our trusted suppliers as they transition from winter to spring growing conditions. As a result, we will be replacing those greens with fresh greenhouse lettuce in the following salads:
- Italian Chop Salad
- Pesto Pasta Salad
- Fraiche Power Salad
- Winter Citrus Salad
We understand that this change may not be ideal, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. The issues we are facing are weather dependent and we are monitoring the situation. We will be switching back to our regular recipes as soon as we can.
