Which cities do you deliver to?

We are currently in Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Vancouver Area, Kelowna, Abbotsford, Saskatoon, Regina, Toronto, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Oakville, Brampton, and Milton! This includes smaller cities surrounding Calgary, Saskatoon, Vancouver, Kelowna and Edmonton. You can find a full list of our active cities by clicking here.

What is the minimum order?

$40 is our minimum order. Between our salads, bowls, breakfast kits, snacks, and drinks, we are confident you will happily get to our minimum.

Is this a subscription?

Only if you want it to be! No subscription is required. If you like what you taste, we offer 5% off to our loyal subscribers. You will see an option on the cart page to convert your order into a subscription.

How do I get free delivery?

Orders $65 and over get free delivery. The delivery fee for smaller orders is $6.95.

If I order now, when will it arrive?

When checking out you will be able to select your preferred delivery date. Please see the order schedule at the top of this page for information on when your order needs to be placed to receive a delivery on your preferred day of the week.

Your delivery time will be emailed to you in advance of the delivery being made.

What if I am not home when you make the delivery?

Not a problem! If you are not home, your food is safe in our insulated packaging with ice to keep it fresh for 6+ hours until you arrive.

The bag and all meal packaging is 100% recyclable.

Do you offer pick-up?

With the current situation we do not have a pick-up location. We are working to expand delivery distribution so that we can deliver to your home instead! Stay tuned to our social media channels to hear more.

How big are the meals?

Enjoy the salads and bowls as a full meal or enjoy it as a side salad for two people!

What do I do if I have an allergy?

At Inspired Go we have processes and procedures in place to attempt to avoid cross contamination between ingredients. Risk of contamination is always possible and we encourage you to be diligent in understanding the severity of your allergy before placing an order and enjoying any Inspired Go meal. Allergens that we recognize within our menu are wheat, milk, egg, sulphites, nuts, sesame, soy, mustard, and fish. We outline the location of each allergen in the images of our meals to help you stay informed and make a buying decision.

I donโ€™t like one of the ingredients, can I remove it?

We package our salads and bowls so that the ingredients are separated. This allows for them to stay fresh for longer and if there is an item you don't care for/cannot have you can choose to not include it in your meal!
