What is the minimum order?

We are so happy to be delivering to your doorstep! With this service, we require a $40 minimum purchase (4 meals) with each order. Between our salads, breakfast kits, healthy snacks, drinks, and fresh add-on options we are confident you will happily get to our minimum order amount!

Is this a subscription?

Only if you want it to be! No subscription is required. If you like what you taste, we offer 5% off to our loyal subscribers. You will see an option on the cart page to convert your order into a subscription.

If I order now, when will it arrive?

When checking out you will be able to select your preferred delivery date.

Your delivery time will be emailed to you in advance of the delivery being made.

What if I am not home when you make the delivery?

Not a problem! We deliver in a recyclable, reusable cooler bag with ice packs. We also text you when your order arrives!

Do you offer pick-up?

We do not currently have pick-up locations. We are working to expand delivery distribution so that we can deliver to your home instead! You can submit a request for your location here and we will inform you when we have launched your location. Join our email list and stay tuned to our social media channels to hear more.

How big are the meals?

Enjoy the salads and bowls as a full meal or enjoy it as a side salad for two people!

What do I do if I have an allergy?

At Inspired Go, we prioritize your safety by implementing stringent processes and procedures to minimize the risk of cross-contamination between ingredients in our meals. Our packaging is specifically designed to keep ingredients separated.

While we take every precaution, it's essential to acknowledge that the possibility of contamination exists.

We recognize various allergens within our menu, including wheat, milk, egg, sulphates, nuts, sesame, soy, mustard, and fish. To assist you in making informed decisions, we clearly outline the location of each allergen on our menu.

I don’t like one of the ingredients, can I remove it?

We package our salads and bowls so that the ingredients are separated. This allows for them to stay fresh for longer and if there is an item you don't care for/cannot have you can choose to not include it in your meal!
