If you have a future use for the handy three-compartment container, we suggest washing it and saving it for another use. If not, you can wash it and recycle it.
Toss the carrots, cauliflower, chickpeas, and orange slice from the kit onto a sheet pan and drizzle with oil and the provided spice blend. If you want to add a meat protein to this meal you can also nestle the protein on the sheet pan among these ingredients. Use more of the provided spice blend if you are cooking this meal with protein. Give everything a good shake and set your oven timer for 25 minutes.
When the timer goes off you are going to check on the meal. You'll want to roast everything until eh cauliflower is golden brown, the carrots are tender, and the chickpeas are crisp. You'll also want to make sure your protein is cooked wi an internal temperature outlined by health Canada. When everything seems to be to your liking you can remove the baking sheet pan from the oven and drizzle the ingredients with the turmeric vinaigrette and as much of the remaining spice blend as you desire. Toss everything together and plate the ingredients. Top with the sliced green olives and cilantro and enjoy!
